Starting at a young age, I was introduced to the real estate world like most boys do, through construction. Spending some time working in multiple aspects of the building segment, I was introduced to the not only new builds, but renovations as well. From there I found myself befriending realtors and bought my first house at the age of 21. This helped plant the seed in what has ultimately brought me to where I am now. I spent the next 16 years building management skills and eventually moved back to the real estate business by starting a small renovation business. The connections I made in this venture helped me understand a greater need in the Knoxville area. Thus, Raise the Stakes was born!
